Shipping Policy

How much do you charge for delivery?
Currently we charge $10.00 for the first chair shipped and then $5.00 for any chair shipped after that. If you are interested in ordering in a volume that exceeds 5 chairs, please give us a call for a combined shipping price.

What is your delivery area?
We deliver to the 48 contiguous U.S. States (including Washington D.C.). Unfortunately, we don't deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO locations. We also don't ship internationally at this time.

What shipping carrier do you use for delivery?
Most of our chairs are shipped via UPS Ground. However, in certain cases, for large chairs that ship fully assembled, we will ship through various contracted carrier truck lines.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Possibly, but it will vary depending on the size of the order and shipping method. Expedited shipping will cost above and beyond the flat shipping rate listed above. Do I have to be present to sign for a delivery or will the package be left at my door?
Chairs that are shipped through UPS Ground will generally be left at your door if you are not there at the time of delivery. However, there are times during inclement weather or other scenarios when the driver, at his or her discretion, may decide not to leave the package or schedule it for redelivery. Common carrier deliveries require you to be present at the time of delivery.

May I request a specific delivery time or date?
Unfortunately, we aren't able to accommodate requests for specific delivery times or dates.

Once I place an order, how long will it take it to ship out?
Typically, chairs ship in 2-5 days with delivery in 1-2 weeks of the date your order is placed.

Will I be notified when my order ships?
We will send out an e-mail notification with a tracking number (if applicable) when the item ships.
