You may email or fax us your order information or request for order, but we strongly recommend that you never include credit card information in your email or fax.When will I receive my order?
Most orders ship in 2-3 business days and are typically received in 1-2 weeks. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 2 weeks.Why does my credit card billing statement show Business Supply?

If you are having problems locating an item please contact us by phone or email. Although we carry over one thousand chairs we have access to a larger selection with our suppliers.How do I check my order status?
To check your order you may call us at 1-800-498-0017 or send an email with your order number and request. We will make every effort to send back notification as soon as possible.Will I get an order number?
An order number will be generated after you checkout. For your convenience we will send an email confirmation that includes your order number upon completion of checkout. If you have any questions please contact customer service.Do you take credit cards?

We accept both money orders and your personal check. Personal checks will be verified through your bank before the items can ship out. Please understand that this will delay the receipt of your order by 7-10 days.Do you charge sales tax?
